The baby and children’s business has been our company’s area of expertise since 1979. Our comprehensive perspective on the children's trade makes us uniquely qualified to offer consulting services to retailers, manufacturers and sales organizations in both discount and full price retail environments. The managing partners of Spire Children's Retail Consulting have owned children's retail stores and Web sites, and many of our staff members have experience working in sales and marketing for major children's retailers.

Alan Levi - Business Consultant & Analyst

A graduate of Syracuse University, Alan Levi is an industry veteran having spent the last 30 years in the children's retail business. He has owned baby furniture, toy, book, shoe, maternity and children's department stores in Vermont and New York state. Alan is currently the CEO of KidSurplus.com, one of the web's most successful retailers of children's full and discount priced children's products. He has extensive experience in retail and web-based store operations as well as in sales and marketing.

Alice Cassano - Sr. Buyer, Store Operations

Alice has over 15 years of experience in retail store operations and children's products purchasing. She previously held a managerial position with Gap, Inc.
